The NBA HORSE Challenge will get underway Sunday, April 11th at 7pm EST with the first round of the competition broadcast on ESPN. Four NBA players (Trae Young, Chris Paul, Mike Conley Jr, and Zach LaVine), two WNBA players (Allie Quigley and Tamika Catchings) and two retired NBA stars (Chauncey Billups and Paul Pierce) will compete in the tournament. The HORSE Challenge will be a strictly shooting competition, so Zach LaVine is not a lock to win.
The NBA is following up their NBA 2K Players Tournament with some more solid content for NBA fans. The NBA 2K Players Tourney saw a lot of betting action and I’m expecting more of the same of this event.
