Euro 2024 is underway in Germany. The tournament is running from June 14th to July 14th, with the final taking place at Olympiastadion in Berlin.
The tournament is now entering the knockout stage with the round of 16 beginning on Saturday, Jun 29th and the tournament progressing in a single-elimination fashion until one winner is crowned.
Euro 2024 will see the 24 qualified European countries battle it out to become European Champions. England, France, and Spain are the three favorites, but there are really 8 teams who are legitimate contenders to win the tournament according to the odds.

There are several bets you can make on the Euro 2024 tournament. Below I will look at the tournament winner odds, as well as the three most popular bets you can make on a Euro 2024 match.
Tournament Winner

I included all 16 nations who advanced from the Group Stage in the screenshot above. As you can see the odds jump significantly from Italy and Austria, the 7th and 8th favorites, to Belgium and Switzerland. Match Betting
Here is a screenshot of the odds for a typical Euro 2024 game at BetOnline.ag (I’m using the Poland vs Netherlands group stage game for the example).
- Spread – Netherlands is a 1 goal favorite in the above example. This Netherlands must win by 2 or more goals for the spread bet on the Netherlands to payout. If the Netherlands win by 1 goal the spread bets would push. If the game ends in a draw or Poland wins then spread bets on Poland would win.
- Money Line – Also known as 1×2, match result and 3-way betting line. This is a bet on the outcome of the match. Netherlands are a -175 favorite, so you would have to risk $175 to win $100 betting on Netherlands to win the match. Poland is a +533 underdog, indicating that a $100 bet on Poland would win $533 (payout $433) if they pulled off the upset.
- Total – The total is a bet on the amount of goals to be scored in the game by both teams. In this example the total is set at 2.5. Over bets would win if 3 or more goals are scored in the match, while under bets would win if 2 or fewer goals are scored.
In the knockout round you will also see ‘To Advance’ betting lines available in the main Euro 2024 section. These betting markets allow you to bet on which team will advance to the next round (including potential extra time and penalty shootouts).
