My Pick
The 30-year-old Davis of Leeds carries around a mark of 15-3 with 6 Ko’s and he’s boxed 115 rounds since making his pro debut in 2018. He reportedly stands 5-feet-9-inches tall but there’s also no reach information for him so he gives up 2.5-inches in height to Fawaz. But as far as power is concerned he definitely doesn’t possess much of it really as 40 per cent of his wins have been by stoppage. His last stoppage came in November, 2023 when he halted Ewan Mackenzie in the eights round. He’s gone seven straight fights without stopping an opponent and has a record of 4-3 over that span.
Davis initially stepped up in class slightly against Troy Williamson in 2024 and beat him by a 12-round unanimous decision. He then lost three fights in a row as Josh Kelly edged him by 12-round majority decision and Serhii Bohachuk stopped him after six rounds, both in 2024. In September, 2025 Davis lost a 12-round split decision to Caoimhin Agyarko even though he dropped Agyarko in the 12th round. Just eight of his 18 opponents have entered the ring with a winning record and his first 14 opponents had a combined mark of 104-319-12. However, he stepped up in class against Williamson, Kelly and Bohachuk but lost two of those fights.
The 37-year-old Fawaz makes the ring walk with a record of 10-1-1 with just 3 Ko’s and has 71 rounds of experience under his belt since turning pro in 2022. As an amateur he won the Amateur Boxing Association of England Light-Middleweight Title in 2012 and fought for England six times internationally. He’s also known as Kelvin Fawaz. In addition, Fawaz has released several recordings and music videos under the names NaijaBoy and State Lezz.
He won the Southern Area Middleweight Belt in November, 2023 when he beat Gideon Onyenani by a 10-round unanimous decision. Onyenani came in overweight and the title was only up for grabs to Fawaz. He measures gust over 5-feet-11-inches tall but unfortunately there’s no reach information available for him. As far as power is concerned, Fawaz doesn’t possess much of it either as just 30 per cent of his wins have come by stoppage. His lone pro defeat came at the hands of Ayoub Zakari by a four-round decision in 2022.
Prediction…
Neither boxer has much power behind their attack but Davis does have a slight edge there and has faced stiffer opposition. Davis possesses the better overall boxing skill by a slight margin and Fawaz is stepping up in class this time as just half of his dozen opponents entered the ring with a winning record. Fawaz is 37 years of age and since he doesn’t have the power to keep Davis at bay I believe Davis beats, him.
Davis has slightly more power with better skills and experience.
