Main Card UFC 134 Odds

Yushin Okami (+400)
Anderson Silva (+500)

Forrest Griffin (+190)
Mauricio Rua (-240)

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (+190)
Brendan Schaub (-240)

Ross Pearson (+225)
Edson Barboza (-285)

The Anderson Silva vs Yushin Okami is by far the most important fight on the card and the only Championship bout (Middleweight Championship).  Yushin Okami is the only fighter to have ever beaten Anderson Silva, who is often considered the best pound for pound fighter in the UFC.  That being said Silva was disqualified for delivering an illegal up kick, so it’s hard to give any edge to Okami because of that fight.  That being said Okami earned this title shot by defeating Nate Marquardt by decision at UFC 122.  The winner of this fight will have to defend the title against the winner of Chael Sonnen and Brian Stann, a fight that is taking place at UFC 136 in October.

This is the first UFC event that is taking place in Brazil since 1998, when UFC 17.5 Ultimate Brazil was held.  As you can see there is a Brazilian fighter in every single bout, which should create a great deal of hometown pride and make for a great crowd in Rio de Janeiro.  You should take that into account when betting on UFC 134!
