10 Weirdest Super Bowl 60 Prop Bets

By NFL

One of the best things about the Super Bowl is the fact that you can bet on props for literally anything even remotely related to the game.  This year, BetOnline.ag really pushed the envelope with some very exotic prop bets for Super Bowl LX.  I’ve made my way through the entire list of prop bets at BetOnline (and it’s a long list) and have come up with my favorite 10 novelty prop bets for this years Super Bowl.

First of all, I should let you know how to find these bets at BetOnline.ag.

The novelty props are under ‘Sports’ -> ‘Football’ -> ‘Super Bowl Prop Bets’ at the BetOnline website.

#10 – What Bay Area landmark will be shown first on the broadcast?

  • Golden Gate Bridge -900
  • Alcatraz Island +500

The broadcast will be highlighting the fact the Super Bowl is taking place in the Bay Area in California this year. You can bet on which famous Bay Area landmark will be shown first on the broadcast. BetOnline.ag has 78 different betting markets related to the television broadcast.

#9. Type of Top Worn By Cardi B (1st Cam Shot on Broadcast)

  • Jacket -300
  • T-Shirt +500
  • Jersey +500
  • Sweater/Hoodie +600
  • Dress +1200

Cardi B is expected to be in attendance at Super Bowl LX supporting her boyfriend Stefon Diggs. There are also rumours she may make a guest appearance during the half-time show. As such, there are a lot of Cardi B related Super Bowl props in the props sections of BetOnline.ag.

#8. What will Bad Bunny’s First Song be to begin Half-Time Show?

  • Titi Me Pregunto -225
  • Baile Inolvidable +550
  • La Mudanza +750
  • Monaco +750
  • Nuevayol +1000
  • DtMF +5000
  • Me Porto Bonito +5000
  • Safaera +5000
  • Yo Perreo Sola +5000
  • Neverita +5000

A classic half-time show prop is which song the artist begins with. The odds show that it’s expected Bad Bunny starts the show with Titi Me Pregunto. That said, Bad Bunny has so many hits that could be another song. I didn’t include all of the songs available for betting in the above list.

There are several other halftime show props you can bet on though, including the color of Bad Bunny’s top, if there are any guest appearances, the number of songs he sings and more. There are currently 31 different halftime show betting markets available at BetOnline.ag.

#7. What will be the official viewership for Super Bowl LX on NBC?

  • Over 132.5 Million Viewers -120
  • Under 132.5 Million Viewers -120

Last years Super Bowl had 127.7 million viewers. Some people thought there may be Chiefs fatigue last year, but the total of viewers surpassed last years over/under of 118.5 million viewers. This is a big jump, but it seems like more people watch every year.

#6. How Many Super Bowl 49 Highlights Will Be Shown?

  • Over 1.5 +250
  • Under 1.5 -400

This Patriots vs Seahawks matchup is a rematch of Super Bowl 49, just eleven years ago. The Patriots won that game 28-24 and it was an instant classic with the Pats scoring 14 unanswered points in the 4th quarter to come from 10 points down and win the game.

#5. What Patriots fan will be shown first on the broadcast?

  • Mark Wahlberg +300
  • Ben Affleck +400
  • Matt Damon +450
  • Jon Bon Jovi +500
  • John Cena +550
  • John Krasinski +600
  • Elizabeth Banks +1000
  • Steven Tyler +1200
  • Bill Burr +1600
  • Conan O’Brien +2000
  • Elton John +2500

BetOnline.ag has several markets available for betting on the Super Bowl television broadcast. The above example is a classic where you can bet on which celebrity is the first to be shown on the broadcast. BetOnline has the above Patriots fan category, a Seahawks celebrity fan category (Richard Sherman is the favorite), a team owner category, team GM category, and more.

#4. Time to sing National Anthem?

  • Over 119.5 seconds -110
  • Under 119.5 seconds -130

This is another one of my favorite classic Super Bowl props.  Charlie Puth is singing this years anthem.

The total is back right around two minutes, which seems to be the average for singers like Jon Batiste, Chris Stapleton and Luke Bryan, who should all be good comparisons for Puth.

#3. When will Super Bowl rematch be mentioned?

  • 1st Quarter -180
  • No Mention +300
  • 2nd Quarter +400
  • 3rd Quarter +500
  • 4th Quarter +600

Continuing with the fact that this Patriots vs Seahawks Super Bowl is a rematch of Super Bowl 49 in 2014 one of the broadcast prop betting markets asks when that fact will be mentioned. I think they either say it early or don’t mention it at all, so I think the above odds are fairly accurate.

#2. What color will the liquid be that is poured on the winning coach?

  • Yellow/Green/Lime +120
  • Blue +275
  • Orange +550
  • Purple +650
  • Red/Pink +900
  • Clear/Water +1000

The classic gatorade shower prop.  I always take the water/clear in this prop because I think the players should have some decency and not douse their coach with a sticky liquid before the trophy ceremony. That said, the clear/water has not won since 2008.

Last year the Eagles won the Super Bowl and used Yellow gatorade for the shower. Yellow was the favorite and it seems like there may have been a leak about which gatorade color would be provided to the Eagles and possibly also the Chiefs. The previous two years the Chiefs won the Super Bowl and the gatorade shower had been purple. The last time the Patriots won the Super Bowl they used blue gatorade and the last time the Seahawks won the Super Bowl they used orange.

You can find the up to date Gatorade Shower prop by selecting ‘Postgame’ under the ‘Super Bowl Prop Bets’ drop down menu at BetOnline.

#1. Who will the Super Bowl MVP refer to first in his speech?

  • God/Religion -300
  • Team/Teammates +160
  • City/Fans +2000
  • Family +3300
  • Coaches +4000
  • Team Owner +5000

Another classic Super Bowl prop.  I always like taking teammates and this year is no different. The interviewer generally frames their initial question about the game, which should result in the MVP shouting out his teammates. At odds of +160 I think that’s a great bet.

As you can see the props just keep getting weirder.  Click here to go to BetOnline.ag to see all of the available props with up to date odds.
