Waste Management Phoenix Open Betting Picks

By Golf

The Waste Management Phoenix Open is a one of a kind event that brings out a different side in golf fans. The 16th hole par 3 will tell you everything you need to know about this unique event as twenty thousand fans pack themselves around this hole and cheer every shot, good and bad. It is called the stadium hole and is one of the greatest days out on the tour. There have only ever been 8 holes in one and Tiger Woods made one in his first appearance at this event in 1997. One can only imagine the roar from the crowd when someone manages to ace this hole. The actual course TPC Scottsdale plays 7, 266 yards and is a par 71. Brooks Koepka won for the first time at this event last year and will look to do it again as he makes a return to defend his title. This is an event that has separated the men from the boys as anyone who has ever done anything at golf has done well during this tournament. Phil Mickleson will look  to become the first player to win four times in Phoenix when he tees it up on Thursday. Make sure you set some time aside for this incredible event as it promises to be fun, action packed and full of suspense.

Bubba Watson (+1000 BetOnline.ag)

Bubba Watson has had quite a slow start to the year, having only played in the Hyundai Tournament of champions and finishing in 10th position. The Waste Management Phoenix Open is all set up for a player like Watson who seems to really enjoy playing in a rowdy type of environment. He will certainly contend this weekend despite publicly saying he doesn’t enjoy the layout at TPC Scottsdale.

JB Holmes (+2500 BetOnline.ag)

JB Holmes has won The Waste Management Phoenix Open twice in the past and will fancy his chances again this week. Holmes enjoyed an incredibly rewarding season last year and will look to build on performances that earned him a place on the American side for The Presidents Cup. Holmes has the game and know-how that is required to win this even and will try and make it 3 wins at TPC Scottsdale.

Kevin Na (+2800 BetOnline.ag)

Kevin Na had a string of second place finishes last year and suffered a few cruel defeats in extra time playoffs. The TPC Scottsdale layout should suit his game and give him a great chance of finishing above the chasing pack. It feels like the talented american is due for a big win and may well grab the opportunity with both hands this week in Phoenix.
